The 2009 Lincoln Navigator maintains its stature as a leader in the full-size SUV class.
Lincoln Navigator buyers have a choice between rear-wheel drive (2WD) and four-wheel drive; the 4WD system offers both high- and low-range gearing, along with “2 Hi” and “Auto 4WD” modes, allowing the driver to prioritize either fuel economy or wet-weather traction. There are two trim levels, Luxury and Ultimate.

The Navigator Luxury comes features 18-inch wheels, three-row seating for seven (with captain’s chairs in the second row), leather upholstery and multi-zone climate control.
The Ultimate adds extras like a power rear liftgate, power-folding third-row seats and heated/cooled front seats.
Standard safety features include antilock brakes, electronic stability control with roll control, tire pressure monitoring, side-impact airbags for front-seat occupants, and side curtain airbags for all three rows of seats.
